// The difference
Big teams move a lot of volume. You deserve a broker who remembers your name. With Curt, you work directly with one person start to finish, backed by the resources of Keller Williams North Sound, and that combination changes how the whole experience feels.
A builder’s eye
Ten years as a master electrician means repairs, inspections, and prep work get evaluated by someone who has actually done the work, not just priced it.
AI-powered, data-driven marketing
An AI-certified broker using targeted digital marketing to put your home in front of the right buyers, and to answer you faster at every step.
One accountable point of contact
Curt handles your transaction personally, with the team providing support behind the scenes, never replacing the relationship.
// The signature move
Most of Curt's clients are homeowners who want to sell and move up, and that coordination problem, sale and purchase, equity and timing, is exactly where his experience pays off. It is also where frustration usually lives, unless someone plans it in advance.
Know your numbers
A current valuation of your home plus your true buying power, side by side, before you lift a finger.
Prep with a builder’s eye
A room-by-room plan of repairs and improvements that protect your price, from someone who spent a decade in construction.
Market with precision
AI-assisted targeting, professional photography, and listing copy built on local data, not hype.
Coordinate both closings
One timeline, one point of contact. Your sale and your purchase close days apart, and you move once.
Bought, sold, and moved up
A clear sequence, a rent-back when you need it, and closings that land days apart. The fear of the timing gap is the biggest reason people stay put. Curt removes it.

// Market snapshot
October's NWMLS release had not landed when I verified this, so September remains the latest county data, and the picture keeps sharpening: median sold price $720,000, down 0.4% year over year; about 2,967 active listings, up 44.2% from a year ago; and about 37 average days on market, unchanged. NWMLS published October 6 and called regional inventory the highest for a September since 2014, while closed sales ran at their lowest September level in that span. Rates eased again: the 30-year fixed averaged 7.24% for the week ending October 29, down from 7.32% the prior week and from 6.17% a year earlier. Flat prices plus sharply more choice plus softer rates favors buyers who are ready, and it leaves no room for overpriced listings. Get your numbers from current data, not from what the market did in 2023.

The September 2026 data for the 98290 ZIP shows a median sold price near $830,000, inventory up about 40% from a year ago, and homes taking around a month to sell at the city level. County-wide supply is the loosest it has been in years.

Send your address and Curt will prepare a personalized valuation: recent sales near your home, an honest price range, and the equity you are actually sitting on. No pressure, and no agent stopping by unless you want one.
Why it is accurate
A county median tells you little. Curt's valuation pulls the last 90 days of sold comparisons in your immediate neighborhood and adjusts for size, condition, and updates, with a decade of construction knowledge behind the condition assessment.
